miércoles-Today we looked at a chart of questions that trigger the use of the preterit. We made foldables of 3 that we can use in our own conversations and we practiced them with a few different partners.
jueves-Today we finished our foldable conversations and we went over our Juanes submissions. This will be the last writing that I grade before the final. You will rewrite your submission correctly and come speak to me about it before you leave.

Listen/Read again and write down all of the verbs you heard/saw. 3. What is the same and what is different about the way these verbs look? Pay close attention to the subject of each sentence. Make a compare/contrast graph to write down the similarities and differences in your ISN. 4. Answer in your ISN: Can you tell the difference between when verbs look one way vs. another? Are you able to find the verbs at all? What are the infinitive forms of these verbs? What does it mean to be preterite or imperfect?

jueves-Today we did a presentational practice by creating a poster for an animal at the SPCA of Wake County. We read about an animal that interested us and then created a poster that described why someone should adopt that animal, and also described that animal in general. I asked students to choose more gatos because of the "kitten season" that is upon us.
